I coach corporate female leaders in STEM to overcome imposter syndrome and unlock their leadership potential.
You hold the key to unlock your leadership potential.
How long will you wait to open the door?
If you can relate to these, you are welcome here…
Self-Doubt and Imposter Syndrome
You’re regularly fighting an internal battle of second guessing yourself. You feel like you’re faking it ‘til you make it, and are just waiting for someone to figure it out. You’re hesitant to celebrate (or even own) your achievements at the risk of appearing over-confident.
Fear of Failure
You feel you have to be twice as prepared as everyone else to be taken half as seriously. You triple check your work for fear of making a mistake. You need to be over 100% qualified for a role before you’ll apply for it. Once you get the job, you are still worried about doing it perfectly and worry someone will regret their decision.
Boredom & Dissatisfaction
You know there’s more you could do, and feel stagnant in your role. You can do your current job well, and are comfortable, but are afraid to make the next move. While more fulfillment and a greater challenge feels appealing, you’re afraid of giving up what you have now.
Difficulty Speaking Up
You struggle to balance being assertive vs. people-pleasing. There are moments you’re still afraid to speak up - for that raise, for the promotion, or to set a boundary. You might hold back when challenging the status quo or saying something that others might not think is smart enough (and you feel regret when someone else in the meeting says the same thing!).
Work-Life Imbalance
You’re trying to make it all happen. You care about growing in your career but also care about having a life outside of work- a family, a partner, friends, and hobbies. You don’t feel like you’re giving anything 100% and if you are, you’re on the verge of burn-out.
Gender Bias
Despite progress in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, there is still gender bias present in male dominated fields and there are fewer role models who have broken through the glass ceiling.
Together, we will create a path to fulfilling your leadership potential without the constant internal battle between fear & courage, doubt and confidence.
