Imposter Syndrome Coaching Package for Corporate Female Leaders in STEM

In the Meant for More Method, I will guide you through a made-for-you approach to break through imposter syndrome - to uncover the root fears that are keeping you comfortable and safe in your leadership journey, but also stuck, bored, and unsatisfied.

Together, we’ll get clear on what you really want for yourself as a leader, and how that fits into the dreams for your life.  You’ll create and start taking action on an achievable plan that keeps you moving towards a career filled with more joy, meaning, impact, and dare I say…FUN!

You’ll have new tools, resources, and perspectives to sustain your momentum, and will feel excited and empowered to go after what you want and deserve… and to get you to the place as a leader, where you’re really meant to be.

The Meant for More Method is for you if you’re …

A corporate female leader in STEM, experiencing imposter syndrome

You know you’re capable of more as a leader, but there’s something in the way. You may look successful on the outside, but you still hold fear and doubt on the inside.

Desiring tools, resources & an action plan to create forward momentum

You’ve realized listening to a podcast or reading a book isn’t giving you the accountability and support you could have from a coach.

Ready to do deep internal reflection to figure out what’s in your way & why

This isn’t just about your leadership journey, this is about who you’re becoming as a more whole, centered, empowered, and confident woman.

The Meant for More Method includes …

 1:1 50 MIN COACHING SESSIONS
(twice a month, for 3 or 6 months)

You’ll receive customized coaching support, focused on your specific topic. We’ll work through the most important need in that moment while also keeping in mind how that will strategically bring you closer to your coaching goals.

1:1 25 MIN CONNECT CALLS
(once a month, for 3 or 6 months)

Sometimes you may need an “on demand” connect call - where you want to connect sooner and more briefly than our longer sessions. This can be great to prepare for important conversations!

CUSTOMIZED COACHING PLAN & SUMMARY

I will offer you exercises that will deepen your reflection and drive action toward the growth you’re seeking in your career, including customized practices, experiential exercises, reflection prompts, and resource recommendations (videos, books, etc.)

ASSESSMENT, DEBRIEFS & EMAIL SUPPORT

We’ll use assessments and debrief the results to reveal your motivations, values, fears and how they can keep you going or hold you back. And with unlimited email support, you won’t have to wait for the next session to share an insight in the moment or ask a question.

What makes this program different from the rest?

HOLISTIC APPROACH

We’ll look at you as a whole person beyond just your work, and consider what’s already on your plate, so you can make real progress towards your goals without becoming overwhelmed. The point of this program is to bring you more fulfillment, not more stress! You won’t just lead at work differently, you’ll also lead your life differently.

TRANSFORMATION VS. TIPS & TRICKS

We might wish that change could happen overnight, or through watching a YouTube video, listening to a podcast, or reading a book. Those are great for the small t’s (tips and tricks). By doing the deep work, I’m inviting you to the big T: Transformation of not just what you do, but who you are in the world.

SUSTAINABILITY

We can all rally some in-the-moment bravery for one bold move, but it may not be sustainable. This program will equip you with tools that will support you in your career journey so you can persevere through change and bold action even while encountering inevitable challenges on your leadership journey.

The Meant for More Method is a 4-Phase Journey

PHASE 1: Rewrite the Rules

We all live by certain rules of life.

Sometimes, we don’t even realize they are there because we’ve been living by them since we were children. We’ve assumed that’s the only way to work, to succeed, to dream. For high-performing, accomplished women, these rules might look like people-pleasing, over-achieving, and perfectionism. While these keep us in our comfort zone and help us avoid failure, they also keep us from the exciting - and sometimes scary - leadership opportunities in our careers that might be just on the other side of that fear.

In this stage, we will inquire deeply into the rules, limiting beliefs, and fears that are running the show and subconsciously keeping you from taking on bigger opportunities in your career.  By understanding and embracing those fears and patterns with compassion, you’ll be more able to let your courage and confidence take the lead, so you can make bold moves towards where you really see yourself as a leader.

PHASE 2: Revive your Values & Vision

We’ve looked at what holds you back. Next we’ll look at what drives you forward.

You know you’re great at your job. Your performance reviews are glowing, and people know your work and trust you. No one would doubt you’ve achieved success in your career. But you find your thoughts drifting in meetings, wondering if there’s something bigger you could be doing. Most days, you feel like you’re just collecting a paycheck. You know the company’s values, but you’re not sure if you could articulate your own. Unfortunately, it may have been so long since you’ve thought about what you TRULY want that you don’t even know what that looks like.

In this stage, we will get clear on what you’re passionate about as a leader by reviving your values and creating a vision for what you want most for your career, and how that fits into the bigger picture of your ideal life. We will also uncover your greatest gifts and where you find the meaning in your work so that you have a deeper understanding of what areas of growth as a leader would be most fulfilling. Once you have more clarity on your motivation, it will be easier to take the next step of taking action towards what you want in your career.

PHASE 3: Aligned Action

So we’ve figured out why & how you want to develop as a leader, but you’re also a friend, sister, aunt, daughter, wife, girlfriend, mom…

Your life is already full, and your to-do list is already long, and you don’t know where to start.  It’s hard to imagine what steps to take to create leadership growth in your career with so many other parts of your life tugging at you.

In this stage, we’ll create an overall plan for your leadership journey and break down bigger goals into smaller, achievable steps. We’ll look at you as a whole person beyond just your job role, and consider what’s already on your plate, so you can make tangible progress towards your career goals without burning out. By practicing brave actions in new ways, you will build up your confidence and courage to not only plan your work, but work your plan!

PHASE 4: Mindful Momentum

If change were easy, you wouldn’t be here, reading this.

You know that real change takes time and energy, and creates uncertainty - which is scary.  Making bold moves in your career requires resilience, and without it, it will be way too easy to go back to your status quo. But now you have more self-awareness, a clearer vision, and a realistic plan. With support and accountability, you’ll be empowered to keep moving forward on your leadership path with intention and purpose.

In this stage, we will look at the whole of your life and bolster your new actions with tools to support your new ways of being. By mastering practices such as mindfulness, self-care, gratitude, and self-compassion, you will be able to maintain the mindset needed to build your momentum towards being the leader you’ve envisioned.
